Have taken off the Door Card, and found the Butterfly clip in 4 pieces. Also one of the Bobbins loose.
Lifted the window, and secured.
At the bottom of the centre slider is a lump of white plastic, attached to a wire. I have tried to pull the plastic, but it will only move about an inch.
Will I have to remove the Lift Motor, and centre slider, and get it refurbished, or should I be able to pull the plastic lump up to the hole in the window, and attached a new Butterfly clip ?
Cheers,
Woody

The "white lump" is the part that actually lifts the window up and down. You shouldn't be able to move it by hand. Instead, Try using the window control switch to ensure it travels smoothly up/down. And it should have a nub or stud coming off of it towards the window. That is the part that goes through the hole in the window (after you've put the new butterfly on). At the end of the stud is a groove. That is what the c-clip on the tail of the butterfly clips into to hold it all together, after you put the window on.

Thanks TorqueHorse,
Have found the problem, the white plastic block had broken, and one of the wires had pulled out.
Are these plastic blocks available ?
Have taken out the motor, and centre strut, and will put back together when I obtain a new plastic block.
Can anyone help with this ?
Regards,
Woody

Thanks Fred,
The Manuel section BK3 says replacement clamp & clip A100B6271S, but I will try both part numbers at SJS.

SJS have the RH Door, but not the LH Door.
SWLC have them, but ordered one from PNM Engineering.
