Nice day...good company excellent event. Will definately do it again. Nice to see a few Elans out on the track - including Laurence, who will have to explain the intricacies of his Heath Robinson Camera mount that we spotted on his hood cover!
The girls' day was spoilled a little due to automobile-unserviceability...I'll let one of the others explain.
Found Richard Steele on arrival - Guess where?
Yep, in the car park, clipboard in hand interrogating another M100 owner whose car he hadn't seen before.
Good idea Humpho. On the track next year?

Great day - I'm still smiling! The video camera was mounted on the BRG SE not mine. However, I got a good look and am tempted to copy his idea, apparently it really works well.

Just a minute Sy that's not quite right! :o One £70 package is two sessions of 6 laps one am one pm (like last year). If you sent them £140 you've paid for 2 packages & a total of 4 sessions plus any end of day freebies! I managed 3 sessions for £70 last year and some fitted in 4! If I go again it'll be for one package as I don't like to work the car too hard.

Sy

Ali and I are going again this year, but i doubt we will be on the track, as we are saving our pennies for Le Mans.

However, if I can be cheeky, would love a ride in Stripey if possible, as a passenger of course :)

Humph

Let's see how many track days I can get in before hand Humpho. I must be honest here...I'm not too keen about the idea of a passenger, but maybe given time and track experience...who knows.

I'm seriously considering this, particularly as Castle Combe is so close to work, even if I can't get track time at this stage I might still be tempted to go just for the fun. I'll contact Club Lotus to see if there are still places available.

Nige
