Well, here she is, back from GST Performance, everythings been sorted, & she runs a treat !. List of things done is endless, just to say everything that needed to be done, has been done. Oh, & she's MOT'd now, so got to book in with VOSA to get her re-registered. Oh, & there's one there for you, Velisarios :-

Note to Owner.

Wear your baseball cap more often and use a chamois leather on the tide marks before taking macro pictures.

Looking good Paul...can't wait to see her in the flesh.

P.S. Is that back wheel straight or did someone give you a dodgy chassis? :P

Well i can assure you everythings straight !, & yes Sy, some dodgy bloke did give me that chassis  , yea, yea, the sun was actually out & i did take pic of the badge twice, but still got reflection !. I wrote to DVLA couple of months ago about re-registering the car, they told me to contact VOSA in Peterborough & arrange a date, well today i contacted them & they said ( have you filled the form in, & sent back to DVLA, for them to arrange an appointment with us ), I said , what form ? :wtf: , to cut a long story short, ive now gotta wait for this form to come, send off to DVLA with fee & wait for them to arrange an appointment with VOSA, so how long is this gonna take ?, i wanna drive the thing, been looking at it for 10months now !!! :banghead:. Mind you, she's starting to look sexy now ?

Paul, where did you buy your black/GOLD lotus bonnet "roundel" from? Mine is black/silver but I like the GOLD better. If you can source another for me then Velisarios can have my black/silver one if he wants.

I'm guessing the badge is off a 70s vintage given the lettering? :?

Don't even start me on how cr*p the DVLA are !

What they need is some privatised competition to give them a good kick in the butt and to show them what customer service means.

Keep chasing them Paul

Hope you didn't mess up that gravel when you parked it

The badge was bought not long ago, brand new from Paul Matty's. He didn't think that it would fit, but when he checked the pins they were exact match for M100. Think it was about £53. Any of you should be able to contact Paul, i'm sure he had some more, perhaps Sy could check if he has, think he's down there a bit at the moment ?
Monty, that is indeed Pinky's hood, & what a very nice hood it is, strange thing that Pinky's demise has helped to ressurect another Elan !
Gary, no gravel flying anywhere, its all down to clutch control m8

Duplicate post in the Sh$rk thread:

PM have two in Stock (they're off the S2 Esprit). Lotus have recently increased their prices - £60.66 + VAT!

PM will ship abroad though.
