NGK Iridium IX plugs "pre gapped" and it also states "Do not Gap" on the box, solved the problem.
I've driven it about 30 miles in total under pretty high load conditions and can't seem to reproduce the miss.
The damn car is MUCH faster, I can't wait to see what the rest of the stuff will do.
I highly recommend the Everest chip to anyone but would suggest you have a set of plugs onhand, I regapped the factory 8k mile units to .31 and still have a mild miss under load up hill.
Still looking for easy to find plug wires, would love some feedback (and even better, links where to get them) - I will probably grab the Accels if I don't hear anything negative.
Gotta replace the exhaust as well, if it's raining tomorrow.... I'll save that for another day unfortunately.

I've only just seen this thread, and it sounds like you're sorted out, however I'll pass remark anyway.
On Michael's recent trip to Scotland he was complaining of a misfire at high revs. We sorted it by changing the plugs for a set of correctly-gapped (31 thou) new ones. The ones we took out were almost new, but his mechanic had not set the gap properly and they were at about 40 thou from memory.
The misfire disappeared forthwith.
