At the hotel, or at the small services. Time TBC.

Chris.t / Timmo,

Any idea what sort of time you'll be planning on meeting at Junction 4 of the M40 (Handy Cross)?

Also any idea of a postcode for the cafe/services so I can do a route planner? Not got a problem getting there without a planner, mainly to give me an idea of journey time so I know what time to set off in the morning!

Cheers.

Hi Keir

Its probably easier to get to than to describe. On my Autoroute it's coming up as the posthouse hotel right by jcn 4 post code HP11 1TL. IIRC it was more difficult to get out of than to get into!! Time to meet really depends on the meet up for the convoy.
Could the 'Hokey-Cokey' actually be what it's all about?

Sorry.
I thought you were on about the postcode for the rendezvous up around Stoneleigh.

Chris / Kier

I reckon 8.45 at RV for run in so 7.30 at J4 M40 - what say you?
I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.

seems about right - we will need about an hout and 10 minutes to get to Stoneleigh according to Autoroute. Need to get there a bit earlier if we're going to have coffee though!!!

Just spoken with Sam at CL. I have confirmed that the tickets for all M100s in the mass arrival are complementary (free!). I will collect enough tickets for all who have stated their intent to attend (I'll add a few spares in to catch the forgetful or undecided) whilst setting the stand up on the Saturday. I will hand all of the tickets to Sy at the hotel on Saturday night, Sy will then distribute tickets at the RV to all on the run in.

Arrival time at Stoneleigh at the end of the run in is at 0945. The cars will be parked along the back wall of the building either side of the stand and will be in position by 1000 when the doors open to the public. Once in the hall you are there until the fair ends at 1600, if you want to leave earlier than 1600 don't park in the hall, this is non-negotiable for public safety and liability reasons.

I will now concentrate on sorting the rest of the stand out and will produce a roster for manning the stand from those who have offered to help out. This is just to ensure we have adequate cover for the whole 6 hours of the show as everything on display is someones personal property and we need to look after it.

Thanks Nige.

With the arrival time in mind, therefore:

Rolling from the Hotel at 0915 and from the Little Chef at 0925.

Please note that these are leaving times - arrivals should be planned accordingly.

Anyone coming from the North, will find one open on the A46,about 2 miles south after coming off the M69,just before the A45 Intersection.
