Ok time for me to be organised.

The list below is for manning the stand please add yourselves to the timetable as it suits you. It remains flexible and providing we have cover for the whole of the event it doesn't really matter. Two or three people on the stand at a time should be plenty (saves getting lonely anyway) but I suspect the stand and the cars will be a centre of gravity for a large part of the LEC crowd anyway. As I took on the task in the first place I'll be around the stand for most of the day, I have a few bits I need to see if I can get but my own shopping list is small and financially constrained!

Volunteers to help out on the stand from this thread are:

Stef
Muley
Paul P
Enright 13
Stevieshag
Darren

That's one of the obvious holes covered (I think that was what you were after Nige).

Roll up, roll up. Append your names 'ere!

I'll be happier to do an earlier slot too if needs be but would like to see the presentation.

I'll take the hit for the presentation anyway. Thanks to those who've added their details to the roster so far the more the merrier and if we can double up so much the better.

Nigel,
I shall be happy to help (or merely stand and serve) whenever help is needed. Give me a slot or ask me on the day as the need arises.

Paul, Monty, Niall,

Thanks, if someone wants to cover the 1000-1100 slot with me that would be good. I'm quite happy to play it by ear during the day as long as we have a basic level of cover (which we have). I don't want to jiff anyone for the period when the presentation takes place so unless there are volunteers it'll be me, Nobby no-mates!

Gary, understand the kids issue, no worries. Don't recall the question about videoing the presentation I won't be doing it but someone else might be able to.

Nige,

I'll be more than happy to attend any time you require, I will however need an hour (pref early on) or so to pick up a few parts ie a visit to SW & various members boots.

After than, I'm all yours

Darren.

Oliver, I can bring an elanscan cable you can borrow on the day.

One thing we won't be able to achieve at Stoneleigh is to have the forum up and running live. Although Stoneleigh has Wi-Fi access it is restricted to specific buildings, these don't include the Blackdown building, no prizes for guessing where the parts fair is being held. The plan remains to have the main site running in 'non real time' and of course we have Tony to thank for that

I expect most peeps will be around the stall for most of the day. Let's face it there is only so long you can stare at rusty bits of metal
