Got to say what a great turn out and the LEC stall was very professional thanks to Nige, Debs etc and Jim put on a great slide/movie show on the projector just put other stalls to shame :D

A good M100 turn out and the Midnight Blue must be elusive M100, just looked superb and won an award for it.

Cheers for the nice comment on my car.

I had the same problem you seemed to have with your camera (to dark).
I checked my pictures at the end of the day and could hardly see them. My brother told me to turn the flash off (he's quite clever for a Elise owner), so I ran around at the very end retaking them all.

I will try and post some, but they are of individual cars.

Nice to finally meet you and thanks for the suspension advice.

Glad you all had a good time. Well done for the effort, especially Nige, Sy, JimP etc.

How many cars were there?

Any more pics to share with those who were unfortunate enough to be unable to make it?

I had a quick count and I think there were 33 or 35 M100's inside the hall (can't remember which of the two it was!).

Oh by the way, did you ever mention on here that you were thinking about buying an Elise (S2 as well) before you bought the Elan?

I've tweaked it up a little. Unfortunatley we cant get too carried away with the allowances, but there may be a way to give more active members a little extra quota now and then.

Yep! wish I could have made it :( thanks again for all the pics.

As a few of you know I take photos for a living... If any of you want to chip in I'll be able to afford to go to Donington next year and take some pics.

All I need is 70 of you to donate £10 each and I'll be able to make it LOL :-D

Just like to add my congratulations on a great LEC stall - particularly liked the movie show - very professional! All the M100's looked great and it was nice to meet and talk to a few more people.
The wife (who came later) said there were also quite a few M100's parked around outside. She heard an attendant telling one Lotus owner that they had hoped to have all the Lotus cars parked together but loads more had turned up than they had ever imagined.
Having only had Lottie since July it was really unexpected to win the award - the hours spent polishing and powdering her bum really paid off!
Now looking forward to the Guiness Book of Records event.
