since she's your oldest friend, it's a good job the meal is at lunchtime, else she may be too tired if it were in the evening. Still, we'll understand if she needs and afternoon nap and I'm sure they can mash the food up for her
Starter: M = chicken and sausage salad
R = Mushrooms
Main: M = Turkey
R = Turkey
Pudding: M = Chocolate brownie
R = Lemon tart

Thanks Jim - good news and bad though, most likely I will not be in the Elan as part of the deal for the pass out is doing a job later in the afternoon that involves returning via Petersfield and requires a bigger car! Look forward to seeing everyone. Laurence

. Also gained a foot long windscreen crack courtesy of a flying stone on the run back from Huntingdon this evening along with a blowing exhaust, grumpy or what

Well, we had an excellent turnout.
6 Elans and 1 Esprit !
I did mention the 10% surcharge in my 30 Nov post - anyhoo, I thought the food was good and the setting fine - although Laurence had to use the 'jump seat' and there was a gap between courses (gave more time for chat, tho)
Take care, safe journeys, and see you next year.

Well, they're female but... I wouldn't call them ladies
Great time was had by us, thanks.
Adding to chris's rear light, someone's drivers side headlamp wasn't working.
