You know man, that may not be such a dumb idea. However, she does need some attention, is exceptionally slow and due to her rarity will probably be classed as worth more than £1k.

I'd be glad to show you all around the track and have some suggestions for overnight staying and dinner as well. Jus tet me know what the plans are.

For you guys that come from the north of the UK, Harwich-IJmuiden is a good connection. We can drive together in less then a day from there (i.e. via my place near Amsterdam) to Nürburg.

BTW, experience learns it's best to 'do the Green Hell' on a weekday away from special events.
It will be less busy, fewer bikes and without unexperienced tourists and kamikaze drivers then in the weekends.
Best choice when one is not familiar with The Ring
