Driveshafts

Are the driveshafts for turbo and n/a cars the same?

By the way, if anyone should happen to have RHS one kicking about, my 91 SE is in dire need of a new one.

Re: Driveshafts

At Donington this year I managed to pick up a couple of new outer CV joints.
So not long ago I fitted them, along with a couple of new front wheel-bearings, CV boots, and replacement (but not new) N/S and O/S driveshafts - wel those things are expensive!
I figured that being as my inner CV's were knocking and had over 100K miles on them, the replacements stood a good chance of being better.
And for a few months they have been.
But on the way back from Hethel I started to feel a familiar shuddering under acceleration.
Now at anything more than moderate throttle it makes the dashboard shake, and the light pods bounce!
Question is, does anyone know how to find out which the offending side is?
I'd hate to have to spend twice the amount I need to.
Striking fear into the hearts of duplicate posts everywhere...! :P

Neil ;-)
