That was me last year Costas and it was great seeing another 80 Elan's in front of me - in fact, further then the eye could see

And then all I shall need is a good straight line on the way to Dony. A bit of the "Sh4rk experience for all" ;)

Love the seats! What a gorgeous car you're putting together. Some pics need to be splashed around our site... (Tony...Liz...wink, wink, nudge, nudge)

Ok then, we managed to get the side decals on last night before the car went to GST today for final few bits & pieces to be done. What we are trying to achive is a modern outlook on the JPS line, without being to boy racerish. Please feel free to comment on what you see !

Love the decals! I'll have to send a link of this thread to a friend with a very nice JPS Esprit. He'd get a kick out of all your work.

Paul

The most individual appearing Elan I've seen - brilliant.

Now get the rear calipers gold too!

Wow - looks even better in the flesh Paul, saw it today at GST! Can't wait to see it again once it's finished.

Only downside was the road grime you picked up on the way but hey, you keep them indoors when they're that good. Top stuff!

Paul,

11a.m mate - it hadn't cooled down so you can forgive him! The missus was well impressed and wondered if we could do a straight swap. I wish!

(Bye the way it got my first ever posting!)

I took mine there on your recommendation from your previous postings and am impressed with his set up. I'll update the forum when I get it back, which will hopefully be next weekend, depending on what else he finds needs doing with the water pump, cambelt etc.

I'll be very surprised if your dissapointed Dave !

By the way, now the graphics for the turbo elan decal has been done, if anybody wants one, they are available, not sure about the colours though, obviously gold wouldn't be a problem.

OK guys, I gotta know the name & specs of the MOMO handbrake you guts (Costas too) have put on your cars. Also Costas, those chrome trim rings you have around the 3 center dials look great. I'd love to know where I could get some.

Hey, I know Costas is one big guy and Paul (because age isn't on his side anymore) is perhaps a little portly, but I don't think this warrants you referring to them as guts, Matt!
