Ashby Folville

Postby Stef » Sat 06.05.2006, 14:15

Every second Tuesday of the summer months a big bike and car gathering takes place at Ashby Folville. Type it into Google.

I stumbled accross it lst year and was amazed at the beauty and range of vehicles there.

This coming Tuesday, 9th, I'll be going with a few Northants peeps. Meeting at the McD's / Travelodge roundabout off the A6 near Market Harborough around 5:30 (I think, I'll have to check timings).

Please add interest here or email me as I'm not on the forum as much as I used to be but can check emails easier.

It is a great gathering and if you cn't make this one think about going to the next month's!
Men are like a fine wine.
They begin as grapes, and it's up to women to stomp the sh * t out of them until they turn into something acceptable to have dinner with.

Went to this car & bike meet last night, & was amazed by the variety & age difference of the different bikes & cars. It differed from vintage ( 1930's ) right up to modern day. 2 seater road racers to extended american taxi's, Mogi's to Ferrari's. Well worth a visit if anyone's in the area !
