Removing dried on bird crap!

Postby paulwatkins » Tue 09.05.2006, 16:35

Can anyone advise me on the best way to remove dried on bird crap from the hood?
I've tried removing it with soapy water, but when it dries, it leaves an unsightly white smudge........damn those birds!
Thanks, Paul

Put a towel in soapy water as hot as your hands can stand, then leave the towel over the offending splat while you go and do something else (for about half an hour).
When you come back it should be so soft that it just rinses straight off.
Works just as well on dried-on flies.

Ive been told Sparkling water (bottled) works great in lifting bird poo!

Not sure about the after mark though.
