Mark,

Yes, if the tickets turn on from the Times (for Friday's session)

My company (a major sponsor) used to get me heavily discounted tickets but our American bosses have stopped that... :(

Cheers

Thinking seriously about going on the Friday as well.

Tickets from the Times? Have I missed something?

Yes, last weekend they were giving away free tickets - you had to log on to their website to do this. On Monday, they had all gone.

Word on the street is that they often don't turn up, though

Basically, it's just a scam to get your e-mail addresses so they can flood you with spam.

I'll tell you if the tickets pitch up - hell I might even have a couple spare !!

Cheers

Think I've left it too late this year Scott. Toying with a cheap flight from Edinburgh to Southampton for next year though - or maybe even to the Goodwood Revival later in the year

Mark,

If you do make a late call for the festival this year I could pick you up from Southampton airport en route to Goodwood. I'll be going right past it.

Hi Guys

If all goes to plan I should have the car running for Wednesday 5th July (for Hen and Chickens) and if so will try for Goodwood on the Friday.

Regards

Nick

I will see if Sue will let the other Nick (Lotusnick) out for the day.

Thanks for your kind offer Nige. I'd like to come but I think I have to be around Edinburgh as I'm selling my house. Who knows though - if it goes quickly ...... I'll give you a bell

I have some spare tickets for Friday 7th.

Anyone interested?

I would say that I'll dish them out at H+C next Wed but there could be an interesting soccer match on that night?

IM me if you want the tickets, we can rendezvous on the Friday ..

Cheers

Got my ticket now, but thanks for the offer. Shall we arrange a time and RV for an LEC gathering on the Friday?

It's unlikely we'll all end up in the same carparks unless we RV outside the event (which seems an uneccessary constraint) so somewhere inside would seem sensible.

Nige,

Yes, inside makes sense.

Start area at 12 midday? Just a suggestion.
