Nige,
incredibly, it wasn't me. However that's my number plate (except I've got figures instead of ***).

Also my car is blue. Also I was in Alford at 1.30 at the Motorvation car show at the Grampian Motor Museum (great weather and a good day out).

But it was close.

John :-D

I knew the plate rang a bell (sort of) and am pretty certain it's a car belonging to someone here, I just can't place it. If it had still been there when I walked back I was planning on ringing the door bell.

There are a few Elans in Series as far as the Reg No's go, A very close relation of my NA was on e bay last week, almost tempted to complete the set (it was an SE) and all in green as well

Nige,

Now that would be a bit flash!!

Spotted a Green SE in a pub car park in Sandhurst - prolly the lady/dog car on Sunday.

Cheers

Calypso Red SE, Top down (naturally... I'd have rammed him off the road if he hadn't in this weather  ) heading towards lechlade through Highworth on the A361 about 5:20 today (Monday).

A silver-maned gent in a green baseball cap :D

I was going low profile and undercover in a non-descript burgundy Proton waiting in the queue at the lights in Highworth  Damn I want my baby back on the road

This evening A1 northbound between North Mymms & Hatfield ( I was crossing bridge over A1 into Welham Green) - very nice Norfolk Custard gleaming in the sunshine.

Must be coincidence but just seen a white (same?) one on M4 westbound near Heathrow at about 7:15 this morning.

Yesterday - norfolk custard on the M1 south junction 10 @ 8.50am.
I was stuck in the roadworks waving like a madman in me truck. Nice smile (smirk? :) ) from the roofless lady driver.
4+ hours stuck in a damp bucket seat with a mad Irishman at the wheel - Deep joy!!!!

Tell me more :?

I'm sure the one I saw was MEX. Don't know the numbers though.

I've seen GEX & KEX in the early promo stuff but not MEX!

Dave

EX is an old Norfolk registration. So I guess almost anything registered out of Hethel at that time would have been G *** *EX

Yesterday afternoon silver-grey going north on the A283 W. Sussex near the old cement works.
I was southbound stuck behind a fat-arsed cayenne so mostly invisible

I did :smt039 though.

So who was the convoy of 3 travelling along the A303 today?
Didn't see them myself, but my lil sis spotted a blue, breen and yellow clutch of Elans.

That was the 'spin' part of the southern scoff and spin heading back to Niges for a slap up grill Nige, Muley and me). Great drive back 'fast and furious' spoilt only by a flat top lorry for about 5 miles hogging the road. Anyway nice to be spotted.

PS Timmo, yes it was me :-D
