burst seal

My hood has come away from the metal frame just behind the drivers window as the plastic that loops round the frame has burst but every time I drive it the wind is ripping it worse can this be fixed, please say YES

I had exactly the same problem earlier this year . Fixed using black sikaflex adhesive.Be very careful when using ,it gets everywhere and take your time. How long it will last i dont know !!!
