I just learned that the next national Lotus Club in 2007 will be in Aspen. Anyone know the date?

I don't know that a date has been set a this point, but you're right. Lotus Ltd. has confirmed Colorado for LOG27. Looks like we'll get to see some of you West Coast folks, eh? Anyone from Cali coming to TX in October? Still a pretty good hike, I know.
Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated.

Dear Kjeld and Dave:
It is scheduled for August, 2007. And it will be in Snowmass not Aspen (small difference, I know). I'll get the specific dates and post them here. I'm a member of Lotus Colorado and we are the local group carrying the water on this.
I would like to try and get as many of the people from overseas to come over as possible. I think they would enjoy a trip to the mountains.
Sincerely,
Algirdas

The Lotus Owners Gathering (LOG) should be great fun. The Colorado folks are planning lots of driving activities. At least one of the organizers has a M100.
During our X-country trip I found out that the M100 likes the combination of high altitudes and twisty roads. The turbo stayed spun up giving instant power, perfect for blasting by all those poky RVs. It’s a different world out there. In Colorado I saw my first and only: 16% grade, wild bear and a bicyclist who could give the Lotus challenge on the down hill twisties.
