Trim Technology - Hood Sell Off

Yes Dave, just back for enough time to polish her !. Hope Gerald has her done in a week, don't see why not ?, then it should be on the road, until the next time eh ?, still don't want my old hood mate, before it goes on ebay ?

Just had a new hood and frame fitted by Trim Tech for £1200 all in. Seems to be as good as people have said it would be ... albeit its not been tested in the rain yet. Colin used some rubber sealant to try to build up the A pillar seals, but it still looks like a weak point to me. Will we ever be able to get new A seals?? I think that that means that Trim Tech have just 5 hoods left and I believe once they've gone, that will be that. We're going to keep hold of our old frame since it was basically sound - we brought fwd the swap just to ensure that could still get one.

Had anyone from this thread got the new seals fitted? How do you like them?

Still I couldn't find a good trusted shop for Elans around San Francisco bay area.
