Nice "his" and "hers"!

just wanted to slap you for not folding the top down properly -- I can see you are not putting that 'bow' on the proper side of the latches.

Also the reason for the towel in-between the window as it folds is 2 part: 1, it keeps the window from scratching itself as it rubs as you drive with nothing there, and 2, it keeps the window from sagging and getting a crease in it like in the picture :-D

Ekapol, here's a trick from the missus. Get a large cardboard tube (readily available for free at engineering firms, architects, or print shops), put some glue on the tube, wrap towel around the tube. Sometime this week, I'll post a pic of what I did, and you'll never hear it again from "El Guapo," aka Doug. ;)

I can't take credit. The missus is the smart one. I should be able to post a pic later today.

I can see you are not putting that 'bow' on the proper side of the latches.

I though you told me the 'bow' can go to either side of the latches :-D I like it on the inside so it doesn't rub gray latch plastic covers.

The rear vinyl is actually black shiny upper part in the picture, nice and round there with green towel inserted :) The part that looks like having a crease is the roof fabric that relaxed a little bit, no crease there

Good suggestions by all :smt039 Missus idea is a really smart one indeed. Yes, picture please, I want to make one too. I also like the towel cause I can fold it flat if needed and I can wash them to get all the dust and debris out. A washable towel bag over spongy insulator tube (like those rollbars cushion) could be another way to do it.

What do you mean?! She's underneath there!

Smoke the tube. It makes it work better - well, at least you feel like it works better. . .ok, you stop caring how it works. ;)

2 towels are better than one  Umm... fancier, but still a roll. Put Elise taillights on both end? :?
