If the weather forecast is correct it should be a nice warm evening, just right for sitting outside.

Good to meet you all and sorry I got there so late.
Pity I missed you Sy, I'd brought a pocket full of beer tokens.

Shame indeed, but I wouldn't have taken you to the cleaners as I had my ten year-old son with me.
School this morning hence reason to leave early.
Weren't our other British Classics marvellous though! Must have been a regional gathering if not National, given their numbers.

Well, given that it was only the Midlands Area AM boys the turn out was magnificent.

The AM turnout was pretty impressive to say the least and made the trip even more worthwhile. Did anyone get any pictures by the way - my 11 year old son was pretty jealous.

How about an Autumn meet, on Wednesday 11th October? The venue for the last one, The Talbot at Chaddesley Corbett, proved to be a good one, so I suggest the same place.

Yep, looking forward to this - it'll be good to meet up with the cardigan and dodgy jumper gang!
BTW, has anyone else noticed that, on the evening after (Thursday 12 October) the Midlands branch of Club Lotus have their monthly meeting at the Arrow Mill Hotel, Nr Alcester, which includes a talk by John Chettleburgh - 'An insight from Lotus between 1987 - 1992' - who apparently worked on the M100 Elan project.
Could be worth a trip out?
