Jim - well actually all attendees. I suggested having the wednesday meet at the Royal Oak. They want deposits of £5/head and he said we could give it to him as late as that wednesday :shock: Otherwise i'll just send him a cheque for £80 if no one fancies that.

Just to let you know i have cofirmed for 16 places. We need to let them know what we're having ASAP. I will pm you all anyway.

when i was booking i commented on the 10% charge for partys of more than 6. just got a note from RO saying they'll waive the 10% for us :shock:

We're down to 14 now cos it doesn't look like steve can make it unless he can reel in a few favours.

Using the Postcode Stevie posted earlier in this thread (GU34 3DJ) and an address of Lower Faringdon rather than Lasham I come up with a different location for the Royal Oak?
