Thanks very much Muley, that's really very helpful. I am waiting to hear from Mr Coughlan about aftersales ability, but failing that a call to Bridge Farm was already third on my to do list.

PAS pump and pulley fitted, problem (touch wood) solved.

Major hours sponge, and so a costly job.

Anyone want an old pump, suitable for refurb/rebuild?
Just one more effing bucket and I'll explode!
