iGoogle Theme

I am toying with the idea of submitting an Elan themed iGoogle theme to Google for anyone to use on their Google home page. I have had a play at it tonight to get used to how it is done, hopefully you can see the results in the link below:

I am thinking of putting together a theme that changes with the time of day, i.e. elan with its lights on at night time, no lights during the day.
If anyone has any artistic ideas or wants to contribute any pictures to the theme, please let me know.
