Sick to death of both my laptop and comp crashing. Every 2 minutes on a bad day, and the reason for me being on LEC ALL night. I do have another life - honest
Anyway, finally mrs Dico finally had enough of my grumblings and decided to confront AOL re their crap connection.
As stated previously i know cock all about computers but the jist of it is that AOL were refusing to help in any way whatsoever, so wifey asks to be put through to the cancelation department (or some over better worded phrase)
At this point Rashid from india came on board asking why this loyal customer (customer since 1998!!) wantd to leave, and offered to send a free router (correct spelling? might be recieving a wood turning tool) within 48 hours.

Amazing isnt it??? You threaten to take your custom away and they suddenly become helpfull!!!

Stll going to leave the b@stards anyway as were paying too much
