Elan scan App for Android

I have a lush Eee pad which has Android OS, I'm still getting used to the lack of flexibility but the lack of complexity means I don't waste hours on configuring/fixing the GUI.

The pad would be perfect for Elan scan as its very light weight, has a decent battery life and good memory.

There are a lot of android phones which would also make a brilliant Elan Scan data recorder.

Can anyone write an App?
