Palacio S2 (SOLD)

Postby j700tus » Fri 03.01.2014, 21:05

Sadly due to moving house I now have to sell my beloved car! It is currently being stored at my parents house and therefore my details are quite vague at the moment. I will update as soon as more details are available.

1995 Palacio(purple) S2 elan for sale
Limited edition number 540
Mot June 1st 2014
Low mileage 61560
Cream leather interior restored in June 2010
Very few marks to bodywork and alloys
Piper 2.25 with sports cat exhaust fitted 2012(lovely sound)
Samco blue hose kit, not yet fitted
Personalised number plate
6 months tax as of today in order to sell

The car is in great condition having been garaged all it's life and have put off selling it since August in the hope I would be able to move it closer to me, I now know this won't be feasible, so with much regret it had to go.

If you have any questions and are serious to view the car, I would be happy to travel back to my parents (near Horsham, w. Sussex) to show you round my pride and joy! I am looking for around £5000 but my dad needs the garage space so open to serious offers.

Please do ask any questions, if anyone knows how to add pictures as soon as it's dry enough to take some, I would be happy to email them, I have never worked out how to do it!

Paul
Mobile number 07515630560 ( around after 5.30pm)

Foggy156, have been trying to reply to your pm but think messages are getting stuck in my outbox.

I have just emailed you some more info to the address you provided, have you received it?

It all depends on what computer you use (which OS) as to what is included as part of the package (eg, Windows will have 'paint' as it's basic software package, Mac will have something else, and then there are lots of others which will do it for you, some easier than others.

On a Windows machine, just open the picture in 'paint', then click the 'Home' tab, then 'resize', choose the size you want, then 'save' to replace the original, or 'save as' (and give it a name) to save the smaller version.....

...or if you want to email them to me (address as per the button under my profile pic), I can do them for you.

(because I'm much better equipped and helpful than Gareth   )

This car will sadly have no home shortly as my dad desperately wants his garage back.... Make me a sensible offer and my beautiful car could be yours!

Hi there!
I'm interested in your beautiful car!
I've wanted an Elan for a long long time and last year decided to actually get one! I've spent the last few months researching and saving. I've got some advice from my brother, and I have some questions:
What service history do you have? When was the last service?
What tyres are on the car and in what condition?
Has the cambelt been changed? If so, when.
Has the car ever been in an accident?

Thanks!

Hello Paul,
on reflection I'm out. If the person today outbid me then OK. Not prepared to be played against the other party.

Nobody has outbid you. The gentleman who came today just wants a few days to think about it. I would be a fool not to let him do that. Sorry you feel that way it's a cracking car for the money Paul.
