I have been keeping a fairly large M100 spare parts inventory over the years.

We (the wife and I) are finally doing a physical inventory of what is available and shelving everything to make it easier to locate in the future. I hope to be able to provide a catalog of what I have, how many are available and at what cost. We are well over 1,000 line items so far.

All of the parts I have been collecting are from Lotus Cars UK, Lotus USA or the manufacturers that originally supplied them as well as salvage cars from the UK and the US.

I am not very keen on "reproduction" parts unless I have proven they are fit for purpose.

If anyone in the US is interested, I have one A100B0976S NEW US/FED/SIR body tub. I thought I would use it to reconstruct a salvage car I bought that runs and drive well but was wrecked several times and poorly repaired each time so needs a new body. Collection from North Carolina USA is required. I can't ship it. Pictures can be available.

I also have a couple of A100B1259S or A100B1271 floor pan assemblies (Lotus UK said they were both for the US/Fed car), but they are different in that they have different parts included / excluded than what are in the parts book pictures. These are all from Lotus Cars UK (the Full Tub is from LEC, thanks Geoff).

I also have far too many UK version used parts since I bought a few UK cars for parts and shipped the parts over a few years ago. BIG parts are never going to be easy to ship around the world. There are doors, bonnets, boot lids, A-Panels, bumpers, rear spoilers and lots of other parts that I already forgot to mention.

For the FED car, I have some NEW body panels, but I need to dig out that list to be accurate.

I still have a bunch of heater housing assemblies that LEC got from Lotus and Geoff threw into the body tub before it left for the US. The heater cores are all the same, but the vacuum actuators are all different, both from the non-a/c cars and the a/c versions. They are all missing some of the vacuum actuators, but there are some of those still on the housings.

When we get the "inventory count" finished, the catalog will hopefully provide a decent part number and description of every item as well as if it is new or used.

Shipping major body parts around the US is not easy, from the US to the UK is near impossible, but I know there are a few UK cars in the US and Canada, so I might be able to help those owners if they need something unique to their car.

Anyway, we are working on building a catalog of available new and used pars for the M100, so watch this topic to get the list when we are finished compiling it.
