Ditto!

Grandad? Hmm, don't remember seeing another newbie Nottingham Elan owner for a while. Always useful to have local contacts, but with the name Grandad shouldn't you have a BRG one? ;D

Hi Neil,
nice to know there are others out there not to far away. At 55 it had to be the stereotype Red sports car.The wife tells everybody that most men of my age have another woman, I bought a sports car.I couldn't have bought anything other than an Elan,my son has owned 2 Elises and now has a new Exige so we are a Lotus family. We also have a friend who lives on the same street as my boy who has a Silk red Elan but no computer.Might be nice to meet up one evening with any other local owners for a chat.Any body else interested?
Pete

I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.

I can. Be sure you send me a covering note, if you only want the Manuals CD and not the articles though.

Far left, third button up.

A quick reminder of the the deal, because I'm getting numerous request for me to just send the CD out (people must think I'm a charity or something).

You send me 2 blank CD-Rs and an SAE (Stamped Addressed Envelope) for return. I populate one with the Manuals and the other with the Articles.

My address is:

S J Vickers
Heathfields
566 Birmingham Rd
Lydiate Ash
Bromsgrove
WORCS B61 0HT

I have a backlog of CD burning to do at the moment. This will be addressed this weekend.
My apologies for the delay, but I've been preoccupied with an ongoing, but recently successful, war against foxes that have been picking off my chickens.
Normal service appears to have been resumed, so I'll get stuck into a CD burning session tomorrow morning.

Sy

This post will be duplicated in the Articles thread.

Please do not send me CD-RWs as these take an eternity to format.

Sy

This post will be duplicated in the Articles thread.

Mario

If you send me two blank CD-Rs and an envelope with your address, I will pay the postage.
Your side of the deal is to make sure Costas/Velisarios and Dimitris get copies. OK?

Mike

Elan owners are always welcome Chez Moi. However, I'm working on a massive bid which is due to be presented at the end of this week. I'm not getting home at all early in the evenings at the moment...and I'm finding it hard to plan my days (outside work) at present.
Because of this, it's probably best if you just send me the blanks mate and I'll make sure they're at home waiting for you on your return.
Is that OK?

Sy

Rob

The offer's ongoing, so no probs there.

Delighted with the PM exhaust, and, whilst I agree with your views that (on the surface) the £100 appears steep, at least you'll get it fitted and tested and it won't be reverberating on the cross member like some people have had happen on self (or non PM-fitted) installations.

But let's not start an exhaust discussion here eh ;)
