Wind Deflector CHEAP in United States (finally)

I decided (as usual) to MacGyver something up. Something that wouldn't require permanent (or semi-permanent) mounting, would require no drilling or screwing into anything and would be a breeze (pun intended) to remove.

The hooks actually sit on the horizontal bar of the rollbar (that runs just above the plastic header rail). Works like a charm but the seats do need to be far back as they help hold it in place. Comes right off when tilted forward and lifted away. All parts from your friendly neighbourhood Home Depot.

I have a custom program with 5 settings including valet, stock, two everest settings and the elysium V5. These are mated to a 2.25 flee flowing exhaust, PCE and Viper air intake. Not unhappy with the performance but would love to get more (of course).

Having driven around for a while with the deflector installed I have to say that I find virtually no difference with it installed over the glass deflector I have sitting between the hoops. I'll probably just remove it. What I do find to be a source of wind noise is the air flow from the sides of the car. So, I will add some form of side deflector to the "must look into that" list.

FINALLY got around to buying the wind deflector this week. With the weather starting to creep into top-down territory, I'm getting anxious to stretch her legs. And finally take my daughter for a ride.

My kids bought one of these deflectors for me for xmas. Finally installed it this weekend. Quite an improvement!! Definitely recommended.

all kidding aside, we do cruise at speed with windows up (and screen wind defector rear) make for a very comfortable, un-buffeted, ride.
