I have a few of the Special Tool for removing the fuel lines at the Petrol Tank available to sell.

"Special push-on fittings are used on both pipes at the connections to the fuel pump assembly,
and require a special tool - T000T0898 - to release the connectors."

The same as the UK since the US considers Canada as International.

Upon visiting the USPS, they decided my small padded envelope is a parcel and from now on, International postage is $9.00 making all International shipments $19.00 including the tool.

Sorry, the USPS is trying to solve their financial issues by refusing to abide by their own rules.
