Just completed the replacement of the cambelt (what a job - you really need trump hands) but all successfully completed. Impossible without watching the video, all the notes and tips on the Forum and the Wiki. Took me over three days on the drive - I was not going to rush the job and had to stop and buy some tools - a lot of mine are in Germany.

Well if you are doing the job and taking all that effort it is advisable to fit a new water pump, tensioner and idler pulleys as well. However, when I took out the ones from when it was last done about 6 years ago (I know!!!) there is no play in any of the parts and spin freely with no noise. They have only done about 15,000 miles.

Bring Scottish and hating waste I thought I would put them up here in case someone was about to undertake this job

Looking for £30 for all 3 plus postage
