Several members from outside the UK have realised that the low exchange rate has made our product very reasonable overseas. Last Month $100 would have bought £66 currently it will buy you £72 If you have been considering a purchase now is a really good time to buy!

Hi Honeybadger,

Our main product is the all Aluminium radiator, fans and all aluminium header tank. We have also built the oil cooler and increased size intercooler.
none of which are on our website but have many threads on the forum with picture and discussions. 8) Steve

Hi Steve,

I am sorry to hear that your goods are in customs. Everybody that normally buys from us in the USA get the parts to the door within 4 days.
I wonder if it is the high value of your order? Do you have a cash purchase limit within your Customs and charges above that?

The radiator is just a in and out. The intercooler requires some grinding of waste material now blocking the larger
fins. Open up the area to the max. Use weatherstripping like around your doors and windows to seal the unit into it's
new home.

Performance is a big boost of free flowing power. Old intercooler was another bottle neck. Re-gap your plugs may be necessary. I have a custom chip that tends
to blow out the plugs on track pushing High boost above Elysium levels. Make sure your clamps are tight at the throttle body you can blow these off also.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread. Has anyone fitted a Coolex expansion tank to a LHD Elan? In the photos, it looks like the bolt-down strap extends at an angle that would interfere with the LHD brake fluid reservoir. Smaug's just developed a leak at the seam and I'm tired of throwing money at the plastic tanks.

Doug - check out photo 74 of this old auction, someone in the US had an aluminum one made somewhere...I'd be curious where too: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1991-lotus-elan-13/

Doug I have one and it does fit. You may need to disregard the strap and slightly bend the bracket but
no big deal it won't burst.
