Tried to attach a file to a post and got the msg - The extension ECU is not allowed.
Looked at others posts and saw that they had zipped their files. Downloaded WinZip, zipped my files and tried to attach them only to get the msg - The extension ZIPX is not allowed.
Sorry to be a numpty...but what do I have to do?

Is the file .ZIP or .ZIPX ? .ZIP is generally included with Windows these days, just right click anything and you should see an option to archive (i.e. ZIP) a file or folder into a .ZIP file.

Magic, thanks Randy. The files I had produced were ZIPX so I just did what you said to get straight ZIP and they attached fine.
