Help...how do i access manuals

Hi all ive tried to access the manuals section several times,ive filled in the necessary bits but when I click onto the button,it says this part cant be found?? Can anyone help please as ive not long joined and purchased an m100 nd the horn doesn't work and the left light so nee to look all this up on a wiring diagram. Thanks Justin
