Alarm Immobiliser Problems

S2 with factory fit Gemini immobiliser. Couple of days ago unable to start as I cannot get the fob to reset the alarm. Have checked the battery in the car and fob and everything ok. I am sure this will have happened to others. My way of thinking is to remove the immobiliser totally - any one with info procedure etc would be most helpful. Tried local auto electricians but none wanted to do the work.

Thanks to there's only on f in Geof Smith who sent a couple of pictures and diagram showing me where to bypass the immobiliser - I can now get the car started but the alarm will still not reset and driving the car with the hazard lights coming on every 20 seconds might be a bit distracting any thoughts before I try and persuade an auto electrician to help.
