Thankyou Avonvilla,
It's running a little sluggish at the moment too. I have sent in a support ticket requesting they look into this for us.
I just hope they havnt moved us to one of the apache2.0 servers that is acting up and creating logfiles at a rate of 1gb per minute of uptime.

Tony,
It's just taken me >5 minutes to log in. Once in, it went liked greased lightning for five minutes but it's now reverted to slow.

They have just completed a second server move for me, it was a little slow for me about 10 minutes ago but the sites working fine now.
Hopefully our slowness issues have been resolved. Atleast our webhost have been quick into looking into this for us, and the first company ive ever used that were willing to just shift us to a less busy server.
thankyou for taking the time to let me know.

Tony,
Sorry to be a pain in the proverbial, but I've been on LEC quite a lot over the last couple of weeks being stiuck at home and the response time seems to be rather "lumpy". Quite often, everything takes an age to refresh - it doesn't appear o be related to the numbers online, doesn't seem to have a consistent pattern e.g. time of day and other website are running at normal speed so I don't think it's me.
Anyone else experiencing similar?

I keep getting this message:
"You cannot make another search so soon after your last; please try again in a short while."

Hi Neil, unfortunatley that was a "security feature" put in with the some other needed security updates in a recent patch, and sadly theres nothing we can do to stop it, it's also designed to stop bots from being able to crash the forum my hitting the search feature constantly.
I've not noticed any slowness at all, some of this may be ISP related, as Sy found out from his not being able to access the site it was his ISP not keeping up with the server moves we had to make sure the site was running ok.

The double post thing has been a problem for a while. You post it hangs, so you post again, and hey presto double post !!!
Seems fine apart from when posting
