Can’t get logged in with my username (again)

Hi. I’ve been struggling to log in with my original username but have been going round in circles for months. Please can someone sort this out for me or send me an email to discuss it?
I’ve created another user (for the second time) in order to request help.
My original username is the same as this but without the 1 on the end. Thanks

Hi Richard,

I have looked at your original login details, and there is nothing there to suggest a problem. You last logged in in August this year.

However, I have taken the liberty of changing your password and re-setting things, so you are good to go. I will send the new password details to your email address.
