Non-standard/animated gifs

The little animated smilies, particularly the ones with the signs like "I agree" or "this topic sucks" - is there a library or a place that they are all stored for reference?

If not, then could there be?
I've never used them before, but can certainly picture occasions when I might have done!

I guess the format is "" but I don't have any webspace on which to store any images.
