Old Dog Returns

Hi

I’m not a newbie. I’m definitely an oldbie. I’ve been a member since 2003 but fell off the grid due to a combination of work, procrastination and laziness. My username was Richard_A_Clifton. Some of the oldies will remember me as the bloke with the 240,000 mile green (and grey!) SE. I’m guessing that in the intervening years (2011 was the last time I posted, I think), some people will have passed that.
I tried logging back in using my old username but couldn’t so I’ve created a new one. However, I’d prefer to keep the continuity of using the old one. Can anyone tell me if that’s possible. At least then I can read back through my old posts.

So: Hi to those that remember me and also Hi to all those that have joined in the intervening fourteen years!

although I have approved the "first" post to allow you to get on with things, I have also reset the password on your old account with 715 posts attached to it - does that sound about right???
