WOW! That really looks hot!

It really looks like what the Elan might be if it came out now. Probably just because of the windscreen and hood (bonnet), but....Wow!

I think that it looks like a big blob. I don't like it at all.

That most definitely is the M100 MKII (from appearance, and by all accounts Honda do really good handling on their sporty numbers - S2000/NSX).

Jury is still out on this one :?

Back end is a bit too 'Porche' and the wheels a bit big- but generally not a bad looking car.

Nice sides, but the front could do with more slope (like the Elan) and I'm not sure about the back, which looks a bit Alfa, sloping away a bit too much.

Iagree it immediately has resemblance to the M100.

I like it from the seats forward and agree the bonnet-windscreen looks Elanesque

Except that it's probably filled with the folded origami retractable hardtop.

It looks to me a bit like a bathtub. Might help if it were some other colour.
I like the front, but the rear is just too rounded off. I think it needs a spoiler back there and a sharper "tail".

Nor do mine!

I don't think a new M100 would look anything like this. It looks very blobby I preferred the S2000 shape. This just looks like an old porche ressurected in the same vein as 2CV /New Beetle. Of course Honda have fallen for the 206 front end styling revolution just like Ford and Vauxhall. Nothing Elan about the design other than it's a convertible. :?

:agree:

Don`t think it looks like anything like the M100 :? and a bet that`ll weigh alot more than the Elan does.

The way Lotus are going if they brough out another Elan then it`ll look like an Elise :smt081

I don´t know... I think the car has the same proportions like ours... It´s called a "lightweight"conceptcar what should fit also... has 16''-rims like ours... the seatshapes are important styleparts... the doors look like ours...even the mirrors are special... AND it is a real convertible not like the modern pseudo opened cars where you sit under the windscreen even in the last position of the seatrunners and you don´t need any windblocker, but have one because this is a softy standardversion you can´t get without any... :x

I think it is a pretty car with some retro attributes. Imagine how it would look like, when it would have the elan/europa nose for the airintake...

Interesting...

And what else should a japanese pro use as an idol for a FWD-Car (if it would be so) as only the best of it? :D

I think its awsome.

Its the new S2000 I was reading about it in Auto Express.

It will be a lot better engineered than our cars. But it's 20 years newer so it should be.

In 2 years time they will be as common as muck. They will never have the exclusivity that we have as they will be massed produced.

Anyway I like it.
