that looks like a Donut Derelicts picture from Huntington Beach California in 2002. That may be Stripey with the derelict next to it. And Randy's BRG with the multi-spoked wheels (which is what gives it all away to me).

Same thing, I thought Doug looked really different with that hat in the 1st picture. Then he changed the hat and the drink in the 2nd picture.
