:agree: but was thinking in the last picture it looks like 'bad photoshopping' as the front wheel looks too far back in the wheel arch... I hope that just a wide angle lens screwing up the perspective... if not a geo' check is needed..

Looks like the steering is turned slightly to the left which makes it look like the alignment is off.

If I’d Photoshopped this I’d have found wheels with bigger brake disks! I love those wheels with that color car. Nice!

:agree:
If you look at the first picture you can see the steering wheel turned to the left and not centred, so the wheels are pointing slightly left too. Giving the false impression that the wheels are set back

:agree: Fitted 17" wheels on mine and the OE discs looked so silly that I went to HiSpec calipers with 295mm front discs & 236mm rear - brakes are phenomenal ! Arrived in the rain at my local supermarket after 3 miles of fun today and somebody said ' your cars on fire' but was only steam from the brakes coming out of the wheel-arches ...

lotusflasherman > yes I am not sure what bumper is on the photo I shared but it looks very much like the one found on the rear of the mk2 jaguars, that is what I had in mind indeed ^^ (maybe the xk150 has it too, I don't know)

Hey, thanks for your comments! These pics have no Photoshop. The front wheel looks like that because of the angle of the picture. I really like these big-ass rims, it looks cute and aggressive at the same time. Not the fastest car, but definitely fun to drive!

Not today you aren't… and only 4°C! From a similarly cloudy, wet Moraira but at least the temperature is in double figures. 8)
