Door Mirrors adjuster switch

Has anyone got any idea what could be wrong. The mirrors do not adjust with the switch, the fuse is ok so I suspect the actual switch, unless anyone has a different thought. Can a replacement be bought? A small problem but it can be annoying having to manually adjust them.
What reason is there to doubt if you cannot understand.
