New baby

Postby ecc » Mon 28.09.2020, 18:31

The new baby arrived a week or so ago, so really ought to post a picture or two. The day I picked it up ended up being pretty torrential, but instead of going straight home I drove around Worcestershire for a couple of hours on some familiar roads. Never missed a beat, and other than a wet leg, it was absolutely delightful. Been gently driving it around as and when time permits, and managed to escape for a lovely afternoon drive from Malvern up to Ludlow today. Such a great car to hop into and go exploring; it truly makes any road an absolute pleasure.

Look's like you need a set of Jamie's rubbers  Just like a new baby - a bit leaky and moist

Look out for Clive on the A49. If someone flashes you in an NHS ambulance you know who it is

I'm not sure if you are aware (I wasn't when I got mine) but you have US spec 16" wheels with straight spokes, not UK spec 15" ones with offset ones.
These give you more options if you want to upgrade brakes.

Ian, it already has Wilwood upgrade fitted. See the old ad in UK cars for sale which also mentions the wheels:

Hope all well with you and your car.

Pretty car and in the magic green, exactly what I have always wanted as I have had red, white and currently yellow, but never found a green one.

A towel tucked behind the passenger seat is an essential accessory! :-D
