I had realised who you supported from your Wolves related postings - I'd planned to keep it as a surprise until 6th Jan (or even longer if we lost!). :smt043

I would highly speculate that the main evil there doesn't own a Lotus, BTW.

Be sure you research their profiles and see who is a self-proclained scrooge and what their home webpages are . . . you may be surprised if you haven't done this already. And if you haven't, shame on you for not "knowing your opponent!"

I was already applying for membership of the "not four wheel drive" club or whatever it is!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Mr. Flounder,

Given the millions of eligible cars in the US, I was astounded that the Chicago chapter of the aforementioned club managed to gather together the enormous total of SIX cars. Do you think it wise to post a picture of our little Donington get-together?

Yours,

Thanks Geoff. I figured out how I could change that myself. Figured it was appropriate don't you think?

"transio" sent me a private message where he whined about how I don't respect his tremendous knowldge et al. Apparently, he lists himself as "unemployed" at the moment in his profile. Yea, he's knowledgable in his field. Here's his message..........

Title: ME

I studied mechanical engineering in college, specifically with the intent of being an automotive engineer. I have read probably a dozen books on automotive design, race car setup, aerodynamics, etc., and have raced quite a bit. I guarantee you that the stuff I'm telling you is based upon my knowledge, and is not opinion.

If you are still doubtful of me, there are members of this forum who are automotive engineers and designers, Lotus techs, and many, many accomplished racers. They are far more knowledgeable then either of us. Do a search on them and send them a PM.

Man, some people over there suffer from massive inferiority complexes. Apparently, this "transio" dude sold his Elise this summer. Hardly surprising. I would have thought that anyone with such a tiny penis would have been looking to buy a giant SUV or somethign to begin with. :smt102

Sorry Blair, the Elise is a Lotus. But the pile of RWD on NOTFWD - well that's fair game in my book.

Do search on M100

Found some more drivel over there this time from "Raggedy1"

their last model, the Elan, was a piece of junk.

yes, that will offend owners but come on, and isuzu turbo driving the front wheels??!
