North Coast 500

Stunning scenery and roads which are perfect for the Elan. If you are looking for a driving holiday this year, worth considering. I have driven most of the roads as the route nearly passes my from door

There goes the neighbourhood.
Let's hope it doesn't get too popular or the rozzers will fill it with speed cameras.
I fully intend to do this again this summer.

I think it looks great, there will be a lot of interest but frankly if your South of Manchester it'll be a big effort to undertake in a weekend! Toying with it though!!!

Don't think this is a weekender unless you live in the Highlands. but definitely worth taking a week to do. Plenty of great places to stop and stay and things to see.

Pete: My South of Manchester what????? :D :D

Does look a fantastic route and great scenery, but agree for all us Sassenachs it would be a week's trip. Maybe we should organise a group buy to do it..... but next year as this year for me is full with Ypres and Lake Como. And possibly Morecombe to Scarborough and the Buxton 100 mile outing.
