Assuming you have paid by credit card - phone up the credit card company and get them to sort it out.

If not then use the small claims court.

Either one will put a rocket up SVS.

Remember that it is a business not Jeremy personally - Nothing like a court summons to focus the attention of the directors!

Yes except eBay would see that they were delivered, and wouldn't play your game.

I'd just take it to court, straight forward case - it's £1000 ffs.

I like paypal. Their dispute process works really well. They take the money back from the seller and hold it until the problem is resolved. They fixed my problem with a seller.
