Hi,
I have entered my Lotus in the Vale of Glamorgan classic car charity event on Bank holiday Monday 30th May I will let you know how I got on.

It's literally a 2 minute drive to the field but once there I have to stay until the end so it's an eight hour event.
There were a couple of Lotus there last year a Lotus Europa and a Lotus Esprint both in mint condition hopefully I can get some photos and put them on.

List of things that need doing wheels refurbishing powder coating.
Leather seats recovered.
New hoses.

I have been looking at the cost if anyone has any idear what prices I should be expecting to pay please let me know.

I can thoroughly recommend The Wheel Specialist for the wheel refurb. I've had them done on two of my cars and their work is flawless. Just leave your car with them and they can refurb them the same day. Some branches have a courtesy car available.

Mine cost me £264 including VAT. I know you could probably get them cheaper elsewhere but I've used other companies and been disappointed with the results.
Since the price includes balance and fitting of the tyres its worth considering changing the tyres at the same time. I bought my tyres from Black Circles online and had them delivered to my local Wheel Specialist to be put on after the refurb. I bought Toyo's but others recommend Yokohamas etc. Search the forum for tyre choices and get confused.
You could probably get them done before the show (cash flow permitting) as they've always been able to fit me in within a few days.

I have looked them up online and they are not too far away they look as though they do a good job I will be using them.
