Just a heads-up:

Rock Auto is still showing a heavily discounted VALEO Clutch Kit under the Isuzu Impulse Turbo Section, BUT It is a wrong listing!

The Turbo calls for an 8 7/8" Clutch Disc but the current listing from VALEO says it is a 7 7/8" disc. 7 7/8" is correct for the NA model and the GEO and other cars using the Naturally Aspirated Engine.

Dave's Kit was part # 52252802 whereas the one currently being listed is 52252202.
Please don't ever assume parts listed by a company like Rock Auto are correctly placed.
Always research to make sure a clerk didn't hit the wrong check box when inputting the part into their system.

The Rock Auto listing for Injectors is also incorrect in that they list both the correct FJ559 injector for the Turbo but also MFI31 which is for the NA version.

The correct OEM part number for the TURBO injector is 8170866110 while the NON-Turbo OEM part number is 8170868960. You have to be careful not to order the wrong parts.

Watching a BBC4 programme about HMS Hood, because my grandfather served on it (he used to say 'her'), and they mentioned it's full speed fuel consumption in tons of fuel oil per hour and then commented "that's 9 feet per gallon".

After the POTUS election just re-watched 'Dave' with a new perspective. Thought the concept was a bit far fetched when it came out but reality has taken it further....

Wish I could adjust the 'talk setting' on some women I know...

Elan M100 2+2?

Postby Rusty Wishbone » Tue 13.12.2016, 23:35

Some racy-looking seat covers for the Elan available here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/122267126135?ul_noapp=true

And they come with innovative covers for the rear seats too, something that I have never come across before! Does anyone have the 2+2 version of the M100?

And again you can get rear only covers here!

According to the add "Please Note: This item is not fully tailored for your car/van but it has been tried and tested and does fit. It is a cheaper alternative to tailored van seat covers" :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!:
