J109 TFP blue Elan se

Hello to you all
I already own a calypso red Elan se ,I have persuaded a friend of mine to go for one ,We are going to Northampton tomorrow to have a look at a blue one
Its for sale at James Lee Motors and is blue with 69K on the clock he is asking £5995 for it.
Does anyone on here recognise the registration number ,if so can you tell us any thing we need to know about it
